Biometrical characteristics of fruits and seeds of flamboyant

In order to characterize geometrically seeds and fruits of flamboyant grown in Vitoria da Conquista city, BA has developed this work at the State University of Southwest Bahia. Were determined biometrics, the mass of fruits and seeds and number of seeds per fruit. The collection of fruits was held in headquarters trees located in the urban area of Vitoria da Conquista, Bahia, where we selected 30 fruit and 100 seeds, which were evaluated its length and diameter and thickness. The fruits and seeds Flamboyant showed wide variability in the characteristics evaluated.
