Abstract
•Coalescence and microstructure of PA12 SLS parts were analysed with powder ageing.•Virgin powder coalesced in a narrower temperature range than that of the aged powder.•The SLS part crystallinities decreased with further powder ageing.•SLS microstructural morphologies were highly altered after powder reuse.•Tensile and shear properties were evaluated and discussed according to the findings.
