摘要
Colonic advanced neoplasia (AN) is a precursor of colorectal cancer. Nonpolypoid lesions can be difficult to remove with standard polypectomy techniques and may require endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). The rate of AN, both residual and metachronous, at surveillance colonoscopy after EMR is not well established. In this study, we investigated the rate of AN after EMR for colonic lesions ≥ 10 mm and risk factors for AN.
