Longitudinal Changes And Recovery In Cortical Thickness Of Collegiate Football Players
Biological Psychiatry(2017)
摘要
Previous studies have reported that participation in collegiate football is associated with high rates of concussion and injury. Concussion and head impact rates have been shown to be higher during game season than pre-season; however, considerable debate exists regarding the neural effects of injury during game season. This longitudinal study investigated cortical thickness changes during pre-season and post-season in collegiate football players.
