摘要
•Chemiresistive genosensors with semiconducting or N-doped CNTs were fabricated.•Parallel CNT arrays were deposited on rigid or flexible substrates.•Devices showed high sensitivity to AIV subtype H5N1 DNA sequences.•Response to DNA concentrations from 2pM to 2nM was demonstrated.
