转录因子叉头框Q1 (forkhead box Q1,FOXQ1)是叉头框超家族的成员之一,参与多种生物学过程,并在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥重要作用.FOXO1蛋白通过直接作用于靶基因的启动子或与其他转录因子相互作用间接激活靶基因的转录,并通过促进上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)和激活多条细胞信号转导通路而影响肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移.研究表明,FOXQ1基因与多种肿瘤的发生和发展显著相关,FOXQ1基因的表达水平可作为判断多种肿瘤预后的指标.本文主要综述FOXQ1基因在肿瘤发生和发展中可能的作用机制.
