Abstract
研究了激光焊接工艺对GH188合金焊接接头焊缝成形及力学性能的影响.结果表明,高激光功率或低焊接速度对GH188合金焊缝成形不利,使焊缝背面存在飞溅和轻微咬边现象,接头焊缝区晶粒粗大且接头抗拉强度低.随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝宽度减小,焊缝背面飞溅减少;随着激光功率的增大,焊缝宽度增加,焊缝背面飞溅增多.当激光功率为2.8~3.2 kW、焊接速度为6 m/min时,焊缝成形和接头拉伸性能均较好.
