Abstract
Background. Primary nodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZL) is a rare entity recognized by the WHO classification. Diagnosis requires a lymph node localization in the absence of prior or concurrent involvement of extranodal sites. Most studies reported so far focus mainly on histopathology, while the clinical features and outcome of this uncommon lymphoma remains less defined.
