SMS Based Approach to Overcome Corruption in Public Distribution System

Abstract: Public distribution system (PDS) is an Indian food security system since June 1997. It is established by the Government of India under Ministry of Consumer Affairs[3].  Public Distribution is managed jointly with state governments in India. The main aim of it to distribute subsidized food and non-food items to Indian people that are comes under BPL category In this paper proposed  the new approach i.e. a SMS based approaches to overcome corruption in public distribution system.
