通心络对溶血磷脂酰胆碱所致人脐静脉内皮细胞损伤的影响

Abstract
目的 观察通心络(TXL)对溶血磷脂酰胆碱(LPC)致人脐静脉内皮细胞损伤作用的影响.方法 制备通心络含药血清,人脐静脉内皮细胞培养,分为(1)正常对照组；(2)LPC损伤组；(3)通心络血清组；(4)通心络+ LPC干预组.观察细胞形态变化,MTT法检测各组细胞OD值.结果 与对照组(0.380±0.023)相比,溶血磷脂酰胆碱(0.320±0.024)明显降低细胞活性,促进细胞死亡(P＜0.05)；通心络干预后(0.424±0.034),细胞活性明显增加,细胞死亡减少(P＜0.05).结论 通心络对溶血磷脂酰胆碱致人脐静脉内皮细胞损伤具有保护作用.
