Anomalous pulmonary venous drainage of the left upper lobe shown by venous magnetic resonance imaging

Magnetic resonance venography is a new imaging modality. We describe a case in whom this technique is used to identify the etiology of a lung mass found on chest x-ray. Magnetic resonance venography is a new, accurate noninvasive method to identify partial anomalous veins.
