Solubilization of phenols by multimolecular aggregates formed by low molecular weight hyperbranched polyglycidol

•Multimolecular aggregates are formed by hyperbranched polyglycidols.•Critical aggregate concentrations were determined by fluorescence probing methods.•The size and size distribution of the formed aggregates were determined by Dynamic Light Scattering.•Partition coefficients of n-alkylphenols between the hPG aggregates and water were measured by the pseudo-phase model.
