Abstract
介绍了一种掠入射式多包含角平面光栅单色器的设计原理,从理论上对其可行性进行了分析和验证.该单色器系统对SX-700型单色器进行了改进,通过简单地升降多角平面反射镜即可对覆盖某个波长范围的包含角进行改变,选择所需的单色光波长.通过光学仿真软件X-LAB模拟了光束入射到多角平面反射镜的单个角度的反射面时,单色器对软X射线波段1~2.48nm的单色化效果,从理论上验证了本设计能够实现宽能谱扫描及高次谐波的抑制,并且该单色器结构简单,易于在实际应用中得以推广.
