Research On Wind-Induced Torsional Control With Annular Damper For High-Rise Building

摘要
Torsion is an important factor for irregular shaped buildings which have the characteristics of large eccentricity and irregular section plane when subjected to wind load. In this paper, the torsional vibration of a 27-story frame shell wall structure under wind load is analyzed and circular tuned liquid column damper is used to control the wind-induced torsion. The result shows that circular tuned liquid column damper can effectively control torsion for irregular shaped building.
