摘要

We report on a THz measurement system with a tunable optical parametric oscillator as radiation source and an antenna-coupled AlGaN/GaN field-effect transistor as detector. We analyze the system's performance, address detector saturation issues, and demonstrate the potential for THz spectroscopy.
