摘要

•Alleles or genotypes of rs3746444 (miR-499a) and rs12976445 (miR-125a) genes were associated with AITD.•No association was found for the tested SNPs of miR-146a for AITD.•Potential gene-sex interactions between them and AITD were also observed.
