摘要
Information from innate-response odorants and conditioned-response odorants is hypothesized to be transmitted to separate higher order olfactory processing centers via the antennal lobe. Odors that require immediate innate responses, such as food or pheromones, are processed in the lateral horn, while odorants that have been paired with a conditioned stimulus and require associative learning are processed first in the mushroom body.
