夜间保温对高海拔烤烟主要香气前体物及挥发性香气物含量的影响

Abstract
以云烟87和K326为材料,采用大田试验,系统研究了夜温升高对云南高海拔烤后烟叶中质体色素、多酚、非挥发性有机酸及挥发性香气物含量的影响.结果表明:①夜温升高使两品种所有处理烟叶叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素较对照极显著提高,K326下部叶和云烟87上部叶增幅最大;苹果酸含量较对照极显著升高,上部叶增幅最大;柠檬酸含量较对照极显著降低,下部叶降幅最大.②绿原酸含量K326上部叶显著升高,云烟87上部叶显著降低.③除K326下部叶外,其余处理的新植二烯含量均较对照极显著升高,香气物质总量(新植二烯除外)升高幅度最大的为K326中部叶和云烟87上部叶.夜温升高对云南高海拔地区K326中部叶和云烟87上部叶香气质量改善效果最好.
