摘要
The recent American Gastroenterological Association Institute Guideline on the Diagnosis and Management of Asymptomatic Neoplastic Pancreatic Cysts, recommend EUS-FNA for pancreatic cysts that are > 3cm, have an associated solid component and/or pancreatic duct dilation. Patients with high-grade dysplasia (HGD) or malignancy on cytology are referred for surgery. Data supporting these recommendations come from surgical series and as such represent a subset of patients undergoing evaluation. Furthermore, strong evidence supporting pancreatic dilation as a risk factor is lacking.
