Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) is a technique that can be used to remove defiant polyps (DP) not amenable to standard snare polypectomy. DP are more likely to harbor malignancy. We aim to describe the outcomes of patients who underwent EMR for DP found to contain adenocarcinoma (ADCA).
