Abstract
采用分步法成功制备了纳米石墨微片/聚氨酯/环氧复合体系.通过扫描电镜观察了纳米石墨微片在复合体系中的分散情况;力学性能的测试结果表明,当改性纳米石墨微片添加量为0.25%,其拉伸强度达到60 MPa,比未添加纳米石墨微片体系提高了36.7%,弯曲强度为93.1 MPa,增加了59.4%;当改性纳米石墨微片添加量为4%时,拉伸模量为2672MPa,提高了73.1%,弯曲模量达到2470MPa,比纯体系增加了76.1%;动态力学分析结果表明,加入改性纳米石墨微片(GNS)后,复合体系的玻璃化转变温度及阻尼温域均增加,GNS质量分数为2%时,其阻尼温城达到最大.
