Disposition Kinetics Of Cefotaxime In Healthy Goats

The pharmacokenetics of cefotaxime has been studied in goat (Atef et al., 1990), Sheep (Guerrini et al., 1983), dog (Guerrini et al., 1986) and cross-bred calves (Sharma and Srivastava, 1994). The purpose of the present study is to determine the pharmacokinetics, and urinary excretion of cefotaxime in goats after its intravenous (i.v.) administration.
