The compound chloropentaamminecobalt(III) chloride has been prepared. The suitability Elf the compound as a colourant and stabilising agent for poly(vinyl chloride) has been investigated by studying weathering, lightfastness, migration resistance, dispersibility, chemical and heat stability.
