AAPOS practice management workshop (Socioeconomic Committe sponsored)

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss significant practice management issues for pediatric ophthalmologists and their administrators in an interactive format. Subjects to be covered are anticipated to include managing a cyber presence, coding, benchmarking production, human resource concerns, practice efficiency, as well as other practice management topics of concern from attendees. Audience participation is encouraged.
