Sheep pox is one of the most important viral diseases of sheep that is highly contagious and spreads fast within and from flock to flock. Mortality in a flock to a tune of 50 - 60% may occur, the younger stock is more prone to the disease. The disease is endemic in India and has been reported from different parts of the country (Sharma et al., 1986 and Reddy et al., 2003). Data of sheep pox observed during July, 1994 to June, 2004 in the state of Haryana is presented.
