Abstract
The Pediatric Milestone Projects Personal and Professional Development (PPD) competency encompasses milestones that are integral to individual professional formation and resiliency. Clinical training during residency is largely experiential and PPD milestones are often not addressed explicitly. Reflection and deliberate practice can be used to promote development in these areas.
