Lateralized Rhythmic Acoustic Stimulation During Daytime Sws Sleep
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY(2016)
摘要
The monitoring and staging of human sleep is a process of data collection and analysis. The data from the electroencephalogram (EEG) (brain waves), the electro-oculogram (EOG) (eye movement) and the electromyogram (EMG) (muscle tone) are used to describe transitions between and amounts of wakefulness, stage 1 (N1), stage 2 (N2), stage 3/4 (N3) and REM sleep.
