摘要
Four different extracts from the Pelargonium radula leaves were prepared by water or alcohol extraction filtrated and lyophilized. Their possible hypoglycaemic effect was examined on diabetic CBA mice (aloxan monohydrate), by blood glucose level determination before and after per os application of extracts in three different doses (6, 30, 150 mg/kg b. m.). Significant reduction of the level of blood glucose in treated mice was observed. The hypoglycaemic effect depends upon the type and dose of the Pelargonium radula extracts administered.
