摘要

•Detection and serotyping of the DENV by Luminex System.•The condition of 42°C for 60min was able to differentiate DENV serotypes.•All 16 viral isolates were correctly identified by Luminex methodology.•Semi-nested RT-PCR and RT-PCR/Luminex methodology showed a concordance of 86.7%.•Luminex system showed good efficiency in the standardization and evaluation steps.
