摘要
A facile posttreatment method, thermal imprint, is demonstrated to covert amorphous organic semiconductor thin films into highly crystalline films. The molecular ordering induced by thermal imprint leads to pronounced enhancement of hole carrier mobility of SubPc-A films from ≈10−7 to ≈10−3 cm2 V−1 s−1. In-depth understanding of this thermal imprint-induced morphological change of SubPc-A films is achieved by molecular dynamics simulations.
