2011年6月宁波大学附属医院收治右侧上纵隔并伴出血囊性变的神经鞘瘤患者1例,临床表现为气促、咳嗽,采取经胸腔镜右上纵隔肿块切除术,病理证实为神经鞘瘤并伴出血囊性变.本病临床表现不一,主要视肿瘤大小和部位而异.一旦发现,应尽早手术.
