Experimental Testing Of A Low-Cost Microwave Imaging System For Early Breast Cancer Detection

In this paper a microwave imaging system for use in research towards early breast cancer detection is presented. In the proposed system signals generation and acquisition are performed with low-cost yet high-precision off-the-shelf components to replace the vector network analyzer. Experimental detection results are reported.
