Abstract
Acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis (PSGN) can present with hematuria, hypertension, and edema 7 to 21 days after exposure to certain strains of group A β-hemolytic Streptococcus bacteria. Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a rare complication of PSGN with only a handful of case reports in the literature.
