一株产灵菌红素菌的筛选及其等离子体诱变

Abstract
为获得能高效合成灵菌红素的菌株,首先对土壤中的微生物进行分离,筛选得到一株优势菌株.分别采用形态学、生理生化实验以及16 S rDNA测序分析,鉴定该菌株为粘质沙雷氏菌属,命名为 Serratiamarces‐cens ZX‐01.对该菌株分别采用常压室温等离子体(Atmospheric and Room Temperature Plasma ,ARTP)诱变,并进行平板初筛和摇瓶复筛.经多轮诱变后,得到一株灵菌红素优势菌株ZX‐3‐10,其产量可达1287. m g/L ,比诱变前提高123%.五代产量稳定性试验结果表明,该菌株具有良好的产量传代稳定性.
