一株产灵菌红素菌的筛选及其等离子体诱变

Abstract
为获得能高效合成灵菌红素的菌株，首先对土壤中的微生物进行分离，筛选得到一株优势菌株．分别采用形态学、生理生化实验以及16 S rDNA测序分析，鉴定该菌株为粘质沙雷氏菌属，命名为 Serratiamarces‐cens ZX‐01．对该菌株分别采用常压室温等离子体（Atmospheric and Room Temperature Plasma ，ARTP）诱变，并进行平板初筛和摇瓶复筛．经多轮诱变后，得到一株灵菌红素优势菌株ZX‐3‐10，其产量可达1287． m g／L ，比诱变前提高123％．五代产量稳定性试验结果表明，该菌株具有良好的产量传代稳定性．
