Abstract
采用脂肪乳剂灌胃三个月的方法探讨高脂血症模型小鼠生化指标的变化,实验结束时测定了血脂、血糖、尿酸和各种脏器系数等指标,观察了高脂血症对小鼠机体的综合影响.结果表明,脂肪乳剂组肝系数、脾系数、血脂含量均高于对照组(P＜0.01).提示长期脂肪乳剂饮食可引起小鼠高脂血症及其机体的脏器改变.
