Abstract
用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)测定锆钛酸钡中Ba、Ti、Zr各元素的含量,并对锆钛酸钡中Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比进行了不确定度评定.结果表明利用XRF测定的Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比具有较小的不确定度,其中校准曲线的回归对Ba/(Ti+Zr)和Zr/(Ti+Zr)摩尔比不确定度的影响最大.
