Abstract
研究了稀土铝添加剂在热镀锌中的应用效果.结果表明当锌浴中加入一定量的镧铈稀土(其含量为0.05%)和铝(其含量为0.10%),可显著提高热镀锌层光亮性,使锌镀面的耐蚀性提高1倍,锌液粘度降低,锌附着力增强,使镀层减薄32%,减少锌浴表面氧化,锌渣量下降,降低成本,且明显降低热镀锌浴温.
