31例产后抑郁患者的辨证施护

Abstract
目的:探讨中医辨证施护对改善产后抑郁患者的临床疗效.方法:将62例产后抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组给予产后抑郁一般护理,观察组根据中医辨证分型给予辨证施护,时长为4个月,比较两组患者抑郁症改善情况.结果:实施辨证施护4个月后,观察组总有效率达90.3％,对照组总有效率为71.0％,两组比较,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采取中医辨证施护对产后抑郁症患者进行干预,效果满意,值得临床推广.
