Abstract
采用浓硝酸-高氯酸消解处理样品(VHClO 4:VHNO 3=1:4),火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对4种含乳饮料中的 K、Ca、 Na、 Mg 进行元素含量测定,并对其进行了比较。结果表明:吸光度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系;加标回收率为95.0%~105.0%, RSD 值均小于1.35%;方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。不同品牌含乳饮料中微量元素的含量差异为消费者提供了更好的选购依据。
