Abstract
通过分析肝癌不同发病阶段的病机特点,结合“挟正祛邪”治则的具体内涵,探讨“扶正祛邪”在肝癌治疗过程中的具体应用,提出肝癌的治疗要根据病机演变分为三个阶段,初期“祛邪之所以扶正”主要以疏肝理血为主,中期“祛邪与扶正并举”以疏肝健脾为主;后期“扶正之所以祛邪”以滋补肝肾为主.
