Abstract
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取尤力克柠檬果皮与叶中的挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析比较果油与叶油化学组成的异同.结果表明,从果油中分离鉴定出42种成分,叶油中分离鉴定出54种成分,果油与叶油相同成分达26种,但2种挥发油的组分与相对含量有较大区别.叶油香气更浓郁,香叶醛、橙花醛、香叶醇、β-石竹烯等具有生理活性的特征香气成分含量更高.尤力克柠檬叶油作为天然香精香料与功能性添加剂具有良好的开发前景.
