Abstract
从云南省楚雄州和大理市采集到圆叶锦葵(Malva rotundifolia Linn.)病株,主要表现为叶片金色花叶症状,从中选取典型症状病株分离物YN2131和YN2276进行PCR扩增、克隆和测序,获得两个分离物的全基因组核苷酸序列.分析表明,2个分离物具有典型的双生病毒基因组结构,长度分别为2747 nt和2743 nt,其中YN2131与云南赛葵黄脉病毒同源性最高,YN2276与保山赛葵黄脉病毒同源性最高.YN2131和YN2276都伴随有致病相关的DNA卫星分子,YN2131 β和YN2276 β分别属于MYVYNV和MYVV伴随的卫星分子.这是首次在国内报道双生病毒侵染圆叶锦葵.
