我国15个副省级城市建设用地集约利用评价研究

Abstract
随着社会经济的飞速发展,建设用地供需矛盾日益尖锐,科学评价土地集约利用水平,可为科学合理利用土地提供理论和实践基础.该研究对我国15个副省级城市的建设用地集约利用水平进行综合评价,将评价结果进行分析比较,得出15个副省级城市建设用地集约利用程度排名情况,并针对实际情况提出各城市发展不均衡的原因.结果表明:长春市建设用地集约利用分值为0.260,在15个副省级城市中排名14位,集约度等级属欠集约.
