10例肾外伤破裂时肾动脉栓塞术的应用

Abstract
目的:观察肾外伤破裂对肾动脉栓塞术的疗效.方法:对本院 1997～ 2002年肾外伤破裂出血行肾动脉栓塞治疗的 10例进行分析.结果: 8例为选择性栓塞, 1例右肾动脉干栓塞失败,为肾蒂伤, 1例行左肾动脉干栓塞.栓塞成功 9例, 1例栓塞无效行肾切除.结论:适宜地选用肾动脉栓塞止血可有效快速治疗外伤性肾破裂,可减少手术及手术带来的切肾率,特别是对一些难以手术的病例,肾动脉栓塞术有独到的应用价值.
