百部－紫菀药对不同配比组方的药效作用研究

Abstract
分别采用小鼠呼吸道酚红排泄法，小鼠浓氨水喷雾法，乙酰胆碱－组胺引喘豚鼠平喘实验考察百部、紫菀配伍前后及不同配比的止咳、化痰、平喘药效作用。结果表明配伍能够增强药物的止咳、化痰、平喘药效作用，其中百部－紫菀（1：2）组祛痰作用最强，百部－紫菀（1：1）组止咳、平喘作用最强，而配伍比例对于药对的药效作用也具有重要影响。
