基于Cytb基因序列对入境集装箱中截获的疑似鼠样本的种类鉴定

Abstract
目的 根据线粒体Cytb基因部分序列,对从入境集装箱中截获的疑似鼠样本进行鉴定种类.方法 提取样本中的DNA,采用PCR方法进行线粒体Cytb基因扩增,对目的片段测序,通过blast比对进行同源性比对.从Genbank获取宁波口岸常见8个鼠种24个样本的Cytb基因序列作为参照,利用生物信息学软件MegaS.0进行系统进化分析.结果 样本DXR1110与小家鼠同源性最高,DXR1203与褐家鼠同源性最高,系统进化树显示不同鼠种间形成独立分支.结论 Cytb基因分析是进行鼠种鉴定的有效手段.
