目的:根据慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸肌疲劳的发病机制,探讨培土生金法在缓解COPD患者稳定期呼吸肌疲劳的意义.方法:在中医理论的指导下,根据相关文献资料及临床、科研研究,检索近年来的有关文献资料并进行归纳和分析.结论:培土生金法在缓解COPD患者稳定期呼吸肌疲劳、提高生活质量和改善肺功能方面具有良好的疗效,值得临床推广和应用.
