Abstract
本文利用夹闭沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉并再灌注形成缺血再灌注动物模型,观察氧自由基清除剂:超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶对缺血再灌注的沙土鼠的脑组织中过氧化物和水份含量的变化的影响的研究,探讨自由基在脑缺血性损伤过程中的作用.结果表明自由基所致缺血性脑损伤反应主要出现在再灌注期,自由基清除剂对这一损伤作用具有抑制作用.
