Abstract
鼠传疾病是一类由鼠传播引起的影响人类健康的重要虫媒传染病,当前鼠疫、肾综合征出血热(HFRS)和钩端螺旋体病(钩体病)等鼠传疾病流行区域在不断扩大,鼠类媒介分布更加广泛,种类繁多,多种鼠传疾病亚型和新型病原体被发现,鼠传疾病防控形势严峻.该文介绍了国内外鼠疫、HFRS和钩体病等重点鼠传疾病流行概况、鼠传疾病病原学、鼠类宿主和媒介生态学调查及鼠传疾病综合监测情况等方面的研究进展,为今后开展鼠传疾病危害风险评估和综合防制提供科学依据.
