目的:观察美能注射剂治疗妊娠合并肝病的疗效.方法:对33例患者观察其治疗前后肝功能、胎心、胎动的变化.结果:美能注射剂治疗组的血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TB)较治疗前明显下降,未发现胎心、胎动的异常改变.结论:美能注射剂能安全、有效地治疗妊娠合并肝病.
